~~~MOTHER'S DAY EDITION~~~
My Answers:
Breakfast ~ What name did you/do you call
your mother? If you are a mother, what do your children call you?
My children call me mom most of the time, but
sometimes I get “mother”, “madre”, mommy, or “hey you”.
I called my mother Mom.
For some reason my grandson calls me E-ha or Hija or
Ehaw. The hard part is that no one
knows how to spell it.
Lunch ~ What do you admire most about your own mother?
I can't believe that she always had dinner ready on the table every single
night, especially since she hated to cook.
Dinner ~ Name a mother you admire more than any other mother (besides your own) and share why.
I started writing names of some of my good friends
who are fantastic mothers, but with each name I wrote, I thought of several
more, and I didn’t want to leave anyone out.
I admire all my friends who are mothers; they all are such good
examples.
More than any other I would have to say that I
admire Mary, the mother of Jesus. She
was so good and righteous that she was chosen to give birth to the Son of
God. She knew that her son would have to
suffer and die and yet she was still willing to be His mother.
Midnight Snack ~ If you are a mother, name what you feel is the hardest part of being a mother for you.
The hardest part of being a mother is knowing how to
raise each one correctly. They are all
so different and individual and not one came with an instruction manual.
It is so hard watching them make decisions and hoping that they are choosing
wisely so that they don’t screw up the rest of their lives.
Recipe of the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life what is it just
for the week?)
Sleep! I seem
to be lacking in that lately.
