San Diego Part 4: LegoLand and USS Midway

Tristan was SO excited to go to LegoLand!  Since we had gone last year and didn't want to go again. Ashley and Mark graciously took Kalel so that he and Tristan could go together.  They had a really fun time riding the boat ride and seeing all of the many incredible things build from Legos.

The boys built Lego cars and won trophies!

And they both practiced their driving skills on the Lego driving course

And they saw some cool Lego Star Wars characters and machines

And rode on a boat roller coaster

I think that they all had a great time!

The Braeggers along with Kim and Kalel drove down  to tour the USS Midway Mueseum.  Mark's father was a Navy man, so they had a fun time learning about the life he had while out to see.

The even got to experience flight simulators!

They said that it was one of the most interesting places they visited in San Diego!  According to the website, the USS Midway was the largest ship in the world when commissioned in 1945 and is the longest serving Naval Aircraft Carrier of the 20th century!
